This is the official website of Helping Hut NGO. It has two faces: a public site that shows our work, and a volunteer portal (the dashboard) for people who work with us.
The public site
- Home: highlights, current banners, and quick links to donate and join.
- Our Work: campaign pages grouped by type (campaigns, drives, celebrations, competitions, charity carnival).
- Initiatives: our flagship community programmes: Udaan Street School, GyanKutir, and GramSutr. GyanKutir is the free village library in Gopalpura, where anyone can pledge books, furniture, or a fan for the reading room.
- Gallery: photo albums from our activities. Open any album to view all photos.
- Publications: newsletters and reports you can read or download.
- About: who we are, the team representatives, city teams, and media coverage.
- Volunteers: the public volunteer directory and the leaderboard.
Donating
Use the donate page to give a one-time amount (preset or custom) or set up small monthly giving. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see your card or UPI details. You can direct a donation to a specific campaign, donate anonymously, and signed-in volunteers see every donation in their dashboard automatically. Monthly giving requires an account so you can change or cancel it anytime. For donations above ₹10,000, Income Tax rules require us to collect your PAN and postal address; the form asks for them automatically.
Contact and feedback
Use the feedback form for questions, suggestions, bug reports, or testimonials. You can attach a screenshot or PDF (up to 4 MB; large photos are compressed automatically). The team reviews every submission.
Newsletter
Subscribe with your email in the footer of any page. To stop receiving it, use the unsubscribe page, which is also linked at the bottom of every newsletter. If you are not signed in, we email you a one-click confirmation link to make sure only you can unsubscribe your address.
